Windows 10: what is [download manager (32 bit)] "process" in windows 10?

sometimes this is in my task manager processes and heavily using my data. is it a legitimate windows process. when this is going it freezes the pc. Although it ran it doesn't do any windows update or app update. I noticed this several times

• Open your Task Manager and locate the file of the seniakg
  folder. Copy the location on a notepad or in a Word document.
• Boot your device in safe mode using the steps on this link.
  
• Open File Explorer and paste the location of the seniakg folder.
• Right-click on the folder to change its file permission. Click on Properties
  > Security > Advanced > Permission Entries >
  Change Permission.
• Delete the folder.

Windows 8 task manager 32 Bit?

Oh, I thought it was saying taskmgr.exe *32 in Task Manager. XD

Yeah *32 is absolutely normal to see on 64-bit flavors of Windows. *32 means it is running in Windows (32-bit) On Windows 64-bit. They are being emulated. That's how it should be. *Smile

Most games are still 32-bit so they have more backwards compatibility (that will start to change soon though). Steam is only available in 32-bit as is Origin.

Just yesterday while I was playing, I noticed that I was lagging and dropping many frames. I checked my task manager and saw that there was something running in the background that is taking up memory and CPU. The thing that was running was "Windows Process
Manager (32 Bit). I tried to end the task but it won't close. Any help? I read that it was a malware.
