    réinstallation de Shazam Encore

    J'ai acheté Shazam Encore sur Windows Mobile Marketplace....une première installation s'est bien déroulée, mais depuis un échange de téléphone (HTC Touch Pro 2) impossible de réinstaller...bien que Shazam encore apparaisse dans "Mes applications"...je
    clique tout réinstaller, réponse "impossible d'installer SHazam encore"...?

    We suggest to run hardware troubleshooter to fix the issue. It is an automated tool that will check the hardware for any known issues. Please follow the steps below:

    • Connect the devices to the computer.
    • Press Windows + W key on the keyboard
    • Type troubleshooting in the search tab and press
      Enter      .
    • Click View all on left panel.
    • Click Hardware and devices, new window will popup


    Tell us what would be the outcome.
