Windows 10: What is error code 0x8007001f?

I have just been chatting with Xbox support for over 2 hours now and did every single step they could think of and at the end, they directed me to windows support because they think it could possibly be a file issue or something. My problem specifically is with Xbox Gamepass for PC. I have gamepass ultimate for PC and when I try to install any gamepass game it does not download or install anything and just says "Error" and hits me with the error code "0x8007001f" There is nothing about it online and obviously xbox support knows nothing about it either since none of their steps were specific t

Based on the logs you've provided, it seems that one of the possible cause why you cannot install Windows 10 Creators Update is your antivirus. In the meantime, we suggest disabling your antivirus, then try to install the update again.
