Windows 10: What is Exploit:JS/Wacole.B, and why can't Windows Defender remove it?

Yesterday, Windows Defender has alerted me saying that it has found threats on my computer. Windows Defender says the name of the threat is Exploit:JS/Wacole.B, and that it was found in hiberfil.sys. I tried removing it multiple times, but it never seems to stay gone. After doing multiple full scans resulting in no threats found, I thought the issue had been dealt with. However, a few hours ago, Windows Defender has alerted me once again to tell me that there are threats on my computer, the threat still being Exploit:JS/Wacole.B, the affected item still being file: \Device\HarddiskVolumeShadow

Well, those removal steps I posted suggests you do have some Java version installed.

"JS/Exploit-Blacole (Exploit:JS/Blacole) is malicious Java code that exploits a vulnerability in the Java Runtime Environment component of Oracle Java SE and Java for Business that allows the execution of arbitrary code."
