Windows 10: What is holsten.exe on Windows 10?

I cannot find a description anywhere of holsten.exe and menino located in my startup menu. I want to make sure that they are not a viruses.

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 both of my browsers - Firefox and Google Chrome - have been overtaken and bombarded with viruses that take over the browsers and open and overwrite tabs with advertising. I have downloaded virus hunters which has reduced and maybe eliminated the problem. I want to make sure that the system is clean.

Apps not closing, still running in background

Thanks for the response. I am not looking for a "close all" function. Sometimes I intentionally want to leave an app running. In windows phone 8.1, I could exit and close th app by merely selecting the arrow/back button, I am looking for that same functionality.
When I'm in an app, I want to be able to exit directly from there and not have it continuing in the background.

 

What on earth is the "$clean_tmp" folder and what is the function of all those files?

The C:\$clean-tmp folder is filled with 100s of files, about 2 GB each. What are they for? I tried to look it up on GOOGLE, and got gibberish for answers. I was doing a defrag about the same time as I ran across this monstrosity, and the defrag was running
about as fast as molasses outdoors in Antarctica. I made a guess that $clean_tmp had something to do with that, so I deleted all those 2 GB files. the defrag immediately responded by accelerating.

The question remains. What is this $clean_tmp for, what's in the 1000s of gigantic files?
