    what is ians.exe and why is it keep trying to start aka HY


    ians.exe HY is an application that keeps trying to start flooding my computer screen i have reset my computer to factory settings and yet it still floods screen with windows stating that it cant start application. I have tried the net. framework but this application is a pest cant even delete it
