What is latest status of TiWorker.exe?

My HP Envy computer is still running Windows 10 and is not qualified for 11. Within the past month, TiWorker.exe has begun registering constant 38% of my CPU usage as shown by Resource Monitor. I am assuming the change is through regular Windows Updates; no other unusual changes have been made. I have reviewed the various historical community posts and chats - some of which are very outdated. The additional CPU usage is sufficient to cause the fan to run at a much higher rate. Thanks for any current information on reducing the effects of the background but necessary process.

    :)
