    What is Missing typelib reference ?


    Hello Every time I test the registry using CC cleaner this detail below is ever shown just I repeat the test Is it a missing dll ? If it is so, how to install it ? I have run the CMD as administrator typing SFC/ scannow, but noting is wrong No error gave out I also sometimes use the Norton utilities.I see this program is not good because once I optimized my network it damaged it Just to be known : I use windows 7 \ 32 bit

    CCleaner found this registry issue:

    The TypeLib referenced at: Interface\{F0E3A5D7-80C7-4228-90FE-61DF01C417A5} could not be located.

    My Tower & OS: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 945 - 3 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 64-bit operating system. Originally Windows 7 - It was remotely upgraded to Windows 10 - automatically through Windows update.

    Since the WIndows 10 installation It has not started up on the first try - always taking two tries to get it running - it stalls on the one of the circling balls screens. Plus now I see it is apparently missing a something - as noted above.

    Would really love to get this computer running as it was designed to run.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    What is Missing typelib reference ?

    What is the Container folder and why is it missing?

    They have 5 steps listed? Can you not get the files they mention in step 5? I can't tell if Containers is the name of a Windows file or just an internal reference or what.
