Windows 10: What is NDKping.exe and how do I fix it?

Computer keeps crashing on startup just a little after windows boots up when being booted from both my hard drive and ssd. Maybe a hardware issue, but I ran a SFC scan and the it couldn’t repair the file NDKping which it says is corrupted. Was wondering if there’s a chance that’s what’s causing it to freeze then crash? Is that a critical system file or should I leave it alone and look for a different solution to my problems.

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

2 x SSD Raid 0 - is this right?

  Did you check in the task manager if it is running in the background?
