Windows 10: what is precision touchpad' speed API in Windows 10?

I only find the SPI_SETTOUCHPADPAPRAMETERS which is difined in windows 11.And the SPI_SETMOUSESPEED doesn't work for precision touchpad in windows 10.So what API can I use to adjust precision touchpad speed immediatly real time in windows 10

Change the cursor speed for Precision touchpad

So I purchased a laptop recently which has microsoft precision touchpads. I want to know how to increase the speed of this touchpad past the minimum value. I attempted going into the registry and changing the "CursorSpeed Value" but even changing it to "20"
and checking if the settings are applied in the settings app is still slow.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PrecisionTouchPad\CursorSpeed is the registry setting location.

Does anyone know of a way to increase the speed of the touchpad past 20?

I understand that you want to set the cursor speed value more than 20. The valid range of values for the registry key that you want are trying to change is 0 to 20, with a default value of 10.



Note: Important this section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow
these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

However, to increase the cursor speed you can change the mouse settings in Control Panel. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + R, to open
   Run dialog box.
   
2. Type control and click on
   OK.
   
3. Select Large icons from the drop down for
   View by.
   
4. Click on Mouse.
   
5. Navigate to Pointer options tab and under
   Motion, move the slider towards right to change the cursor speed.
   
6. Click on Apply and OK.

Increase Precision Touchpad two-finger scrolling speed?

The scrolling speed is too slow. It is a Microsoft Precision Trackpad on Windows 10, but I cannot find any option for scrolling speed in the Settings -> Devices -> Touchpad.

Changing the wheel speed of mouse did not affect the scrolling speed of the trackpad, but only the mouse wheel.

Is there anything like a Registry hack to adjust the scrolling speed of the Precision Touchpad?
