Windows 10: What is "Rdvgwddmdx11" Setup Information File in Windows 10?

I was scrolling through the INF folder because I saw it got modified was the setupapidev file doing some Windows Update thing, and a particular file caught my attention, which was called "Rdvgwddmdx11", and it is a Setup Information .inf filethe reason it caught my attention was because it looks like a jumble of letters to me, and when I checked on my Win11 system's INF folder, the Rdvgwddmdx11 file is not there among the others. I can't seem to find a whole lot of information on it at all, but I saw DriverHub saying it has something to do with RemoteFX Graphics?is this a Windows 10 thing an
