    What is stopping my pc from resetting? Windows 8.1


    I tried to reset my pc and it froze and gave me the option to restart. After restarting, the blue screen with the options: continue, troubleshoot, and exit, appear but when continuing to windows, it automatically starts system repair and loops me back to the beginning with the message: d:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txtI'm trying to use a reset DVD. When I try to reset my pc again from the blue screen's menu, it doesn't detect the DVD. I also created a recovery disk on a USB before starting, but it tells me that the media isn't valid. Can anyone help me reset the computer?
