Windows 10: What is SynKernelDiag?

I get an diag test on my computer. I just pressed Win + L and go to play on phone. I have a russian NON PIRATE sistem, and i dont know what it mean, and i dont has a viruses. There a screen shot:

SynKernelDiags? What are they and how can I stop them?

Upon trying to research, we found that it was identified as a log file, generated by either your Mouse, Touchpad, or Keyboard diagnostic system. This can be stopped by modifying the settings of your device diagnostics. About how you can do it accurately,
you will need to reach your device manufacturer's support expert. But after you connected with them, please feel free to update your post, so we can continue here if necessary.

Hi,

on my PC (running Windows10 pro), it happened tonight (2016-12-04) for the first time. The only combination "Shift+L" is enough to bring up the message.

I never use my Touchpad either, I use a separate bluetooth keyboard and mouse (a Microsoft device ; nice keyboard but horrible mouse).

It's interesting to see that the problem occurs at least since August 2015 (date of the first question) and should happen for some people also on Windows 7. So, it seems that it is not specifically in relation to Win 10...

In fact, I think it's not a problem with keys like CTRL, ALT, or whatever shortcut. It's just a problem with the
Shift and the L. Whatever combination, if there is
Shift and L in the combination, the problem occurs.

Thus, since tonight, every time I begin a sentence with a capital L, I get the message. I have now dozen of "SynKernelDiag" stupid files in my Documents directory :-/

My laptop is a Medion, working fine since 2008.
