Windows 10: What is SYSTEM? Where can I find it?

My laptop is taking too much data from my phone. And the data usage details says SYSTEM. There are two system listed in the details. One consumes little data but the other one consumes 50mb in a matter of seconds and a few minutes later, my data is all used up. I did not perform activities such as watching videos online. I was only using my email one time. Then now, evem though i didnt open the browser it still consumes my data. I wantbto get rid of this system. I think it is not useful. I tried all the configuration to stop this but to no avail. I feel like I have bought a useless laptop that is only good for file storage, doing ms applications... Etc.. Not useful for intenet use. I don't know but windows 10 is not very friendly. I wish to downgrade my os. But if I ever do, how will it affectmy laptop. Will I be able to use some of its specs? This is so frustrating investing in something with headaches and not very valuable...

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
