Windows 10: What is Task Offload?

So my Alienware laptop has a utility from Dell called SupportAssist. I was checking what are these optimizations that it's doing and the network optimization it did was Disabling Task Offload.

What is this and what is so great about disabling this?

Steps:-

• Type Task Scheduler on Search bar.
• Click on Task Scheduler Library.
• Select the particular task and right click on it.
• Select End.

Cannot modify Task Bar settings

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

OK, the next step in trouble-shooting is to examine your task. Please do this:

1. Right-click the task, then export it to an .xml file.
2. Open the .xml file with Notepad.exe.
3. Copy its contents into your reply.
