What is the syntax Usage for the Command-Line Prompt Command REAGENTC.EXE /setreimage I Need This Because I an not able to Create a system repair disc because the Responce said "The files needed to create a system repair disc were not found on this computer. You can still create a system repair disc if you have a Windows installation disc. I have research this problem an I found an answer but the syntax for the REAGENTC,EXE /setreinage that was part of the fix did not work and when I used this command give in the Answer to fix the problem:reagentc /setreimage /path \\?\GLOBALROOT\device\hardd

LITTLE CONFUSIONS ABOUT REAGENTC COMMANDS

I saw the Microsoft website

REAgentC command-line options

i have doubts, about two commands, anyone can clear my doubts

Reagentc /setosimage /path R:\RecoveryImage /index 1 /target W:\Windows

Reagentc /setreimage /path T:\Recovery\WindowsRE /target W:\Windows

in first command , install.wim is in placed in R:\RecoveryImage\

in second command , winre.wim is in placed in
T:\Recovery\WindowsRE\

i configured mylaptop with same commands , but i dont see reinstall option in recovery environment

Note builtin windows reset option is different and builtin reinstall option is also different,

and i am asking like a factory restore option, i want to enable the reinstallation option should be displayed in boot menu or in recovery environment

 

command prompt will not open in safe mode with command prompt

Would I just follow the same steps within safe mode after hooking up to the other system?
