Windows 10: What is the default OWNER of C:\ProgramData/Microsoft?

I changed my owner to Administrator in hope to delete the Services folder in Windows Defender folder because of the Remediation Incomplete problem. Though Unsuccessful in accessing the folder. I just booted my pc to safe mode and that did the trick in deleting the said folder. But my worries is how do I set the default owner of this folder C:\ProgramData/Microsoft?

Can someone list the default permissions for the C:\ProgramData\ folder for the following groups?

- CREATOR OWNER

- SYSTEM

- Administrators

- Users

Here's the output of the icacls (icacls.exe C:\ProgramData) command-line from my Windows 11 computer:

About the special permissions for \Users:

For "This folder, subfolder, and files:

• RX - Read & Execute
  

For "This folder and subfolders":

• RX - Read
  
• WD - Create files / Write data
  
• AD - Create folders / Append data
  
• WEA - Write Extended Attributes
  
• WA - Write Attributes
  

Inheritance is disabled for this folder, by default.

The ProgramData folder is usually located in the C: drive of your device. To locate the ProgramData folder, you can perform the following:

• In File Explorer, click on the View tab.
• Click on Options.
• In the Folder Options window, click on the View tab.
• Under the Hidden files and folders, select Show hidden files, folders, or drives.
• Click on Apply.
• Click on OK.
