That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

The Windows Phone 6.5 and earlier Community is Retiring Soon

Support and updates for Windows Phone 6.5 and earlier ended in January 2013.

Because Support and updates for Windows Phone 6.5 and earlier are no longer available and new questions & activity in this forum have decreased significantly, the Windows Phone 6.5 and earlier version forum on Microsoft Community will be retired. The Windows
Phone 6.5 and earlier version forum is scheduled to retire on 6 November 2014 (Pacific Time).

When the Windows Phone 6.5 and earlier version forum is retired:

    • The Windows Phone 6.5 and earlier option will be removed from all forum lists.
    • You will not be able to create new threads in the Windows Phone 6.5 and earlier version forum.
Existing Windows Phone 6.5 and earlier threads:

    • Are archived to your profile if you participated in or followed them.
    • Will all be locked and become read-only.
    • Will still be discoverable through search engines.
You can create new threads about Windows Phone 8 or Windows Phone 7 in the
    Windows Phone forum.

  4. What is the difference between end of support and retirement?

    B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
