Windows 10: What is the driver for this i'd: USB\VID_534D&PID_6021&REV_0110&MI_03

I connected the vga to usb display adapter to my pc so that I could use my old monitor as second monitor which only has a vga port. I tried all the methods but nothing worked for me even I tried to install the driver that came up with the adapter. Finally, I found out that the hardware i'd method could work , help me if you can find one as I was unable to. The driver is shown as unavailable on my system or in the device manager it is under other devices named as 'msusb video' with a yellow caution sign.

the name of the device is "msusb video" in the device manager, and the hardware Ids: "USB\VID_534D&PID_6021&REV_0110&MI_03 "

i already tried the :
FL2000-2.1.34054.0 Driver win10,
DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows11.3 M0-EXE,
DisplayLink_7.7M4

but it did not work for my laptop acer aspire 5.

please someone help me
