Windows 10: What is the importance of PresentationFontCache.exe for a normal user

Hi, greetings,What is the importance of PresentationFontCache.exe for a normal user if he doesn't do develop and those stuff? Its eating up almost 30% of my cpu.I am aware of the fact that it is only useful if you use WPF Windows Presentation Foundation applications. But what exactly are these, can i safely disable/delete this service as shown here. ?As a normal user who does not do application development. Will I face any problems? for example, judging from the name of that program, im guessing all my apps will load in the default 'Segoes UI' font, and not the font in which it ususally doe

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

Step1: Check Favorites folder in User profile.

  Open C: Drive.
  
• 
  Select User.
  
• 
  Select user profile.
  
• 
  Click on Favorites.
  
• 
  If you’re able to see the favorites list, then you will be able to import the Favorites from there.
  

Step 2: Import Favorites from folder or from browser.

• 
  Open the Microsoft EDGE browser.
  
• 
  Click on Favorites.
  
• 
  Select Favorites settings.
  
• 
  Click on Import.

I changes .exe (Default) files data value, and now I can't open .exe files. Can anyone tell me the normal data value for .exe?
