Windows 10: What is the issue with the infinite loading on my factory reset Dell Windows PC?

I was given this PC from a neighbor who no longer wanted it. I had first tried to get on the Microsoft store before I factory reset it I didn't reset it right away because the previous owner had asked me to give her the existing pictures on the PC to her on a USB drive, and when I opened the store, it gave me the infinite loading screen. After I retrieved all of her pictures and gave them to her, I reset the computer. Now, when I open the store, it does the same thing. But also, chrome and edge weren't offered after I reset the PC, so I had to use internet Explorer. When I tried to visit a w

Looping after factory reset

There is not much to do than again factory reset your computer.

Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery starts automatically if Windows will not startup. The recovery environment allows you to diagnose hardware issues, repair issues, back up files, and restore factory settings. You can start the recovery environment at any time.
Verify the list of systems on which Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery is supported.

You should able to factory reset with Windows 10 Installation DVD. You can create Windows 10 installation DVD/USB with Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.

 

How to factory reset Dell Inspiron PC?

You may also get in touch with the computer manufacturer so that they can help you in performing factory reset.



Note: Resetting the computer will erase all the data from the computer. It is recommended to take a backup of data before resetting the computer.




As you have mentioned that, you forgot the administrator password. If you were using a Microsoft account, I suggest you to refer the article on

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
