Windows 10: What is the left handed shortcut for the clipboard history?

The clipboard history is a very nice feature, but I cannot seem to find the left handed keyboard shortcut for it.The logical option would be 'Win+Insert' as 'ctrl+insert is regular paste, but it doesn't seem to work.

Windows Clipboard History Panel Misbehave

My Windows OS version is 1809 and build no is 17763.195.

I am referring to Windows File explorer. I already mentioned that the clipboard shortcut works once I restart my file explorer manually. But I shouldn't have to restart explorer every time I reboot my computer, correct? Thus, the above steps doesn't help.

Windows Clipboard History Panel Misbehave

Which version of Windows are you using?

Start > Type Winver > Press Enter

The window that appears will reveal the OS Build & Version

When you say Windows Explorer are you referring to Internet Explorer or File Explorer?

If Internet Explorer > Launch the browser

Click on cog wheel on the right > Select Internet Options

Click on Advanced Tab

Click Reset button

Check Delete Personal files

Click Reset again

Click Ok

Reboot and Retry Clipboard shortcut keys.

Press CTRL + V once then Press it again to see Clipboard History

Restart File Explorer

Press Ctrl + Shift + ESC (may have to press more than once)

This will open Task Manager

Click More Details

Click Processes Tab

Click Name to alphabetize the list

Scroll down to Windows Explorer

Click End Process

Your desktop will disappear just follow these steps

Click File (upper left corner) > Select New Task (Run)

Type Explorer.exe > Press Enter

The desktop will reappear

Again, retry the Clipboard shortcut keys.

 

View the history of the clipboard.

Is there a way to view the history of the clipboard without using the Windows key + V, please?

Or can I change this shortcut?
