Windows 10: What is the master list Microsoft uses for recommended drivers in Automatic Updates in...

I am running Windows 10 1909 on a repurposed Mac Pro (MacPro4,1). There is a video driver (for my Radeon HD 5700 series) which Automatic Updates in Windows 10 was able to find and install automatically. It differs from the AMD driver posted on the AMD website, and I could not locate the same driver elsewhere. I like to know if there is a website for which I can search the SAME database of drivers from which Microsoft uses for selection to be included in its Automatic Updates? This way, I can manually search for the drivers I want and download the EXACT drivers that Microsoft has pre-selected.

Long ago, I distinctively remember that this was a Microsoft subdomain website for this, but I cannot remember what it was.

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
