Windows 10: What is the maximum number of CPU and CORES supported by Windows 11 Enterprise version 23h2 ?

Hello all,I'm wondering what the maximum limit on the number of processors and cores supported by Windows 11 Enterprise version 23H2 is. Could anyone give me the answer and possibly a link to an official document on the subject?

Windows 10 versions CPU limits

Windows 10 supports maximum memory configurations that were formerly available only in the realm of servers. Windows 10 Home supports up to 128GB of RAM on the x64 platform. Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise both support up to 512GB on the x64 platform. The
x86 versions of Windows 10 support a maximum of 4GB of RAM. Windows 10 supports a maximum of two physical CPUs, but the number of logical processors or cores varies based on the processor architecture. A maximum of 32 cores is supported in 32-bit versions
of Windows 8, whereas up to 256 cores are supported in the 64-bit versions.

 

Windows 11 CPU not supported

PC Health says my CPU isn't supported with Windows 11 but my CPU is listed in the support list "Intel® Core™ i5-7300HQ" Can someone help with this.

How many cores does Windows 11 Pro for Workstations support?

Hello everybody,

I can find the CPU, Core and RAM limit for Windows 11 Pro but I cant find this information for the Workstation version.

Windows 11 Pro

• 2TB RAM limit.
  
• Supports two CPUs.
  
• 128 core limit.
