Windows 10: What is the maximum number of Digital IDs that can be associated with a single Microsoft...

I am receiving a new laptop tomorrow, which comes with genuine Windows 11 pre-installed. My current laptop has Windows 11 Pro, and its digital ID is linked to my Microsoft account. If I log onto my new laptop using the same Microsoft account, will it replace its original digital ID with the current one, or can one Microsoft account have multiple digital IDs linked?

I have the same problem with multiple phones associated to my windows live id. I click on one of the "Windows Phone" but nothing happens. How do I delete all the phones listed?

You can't delete them all. You can management them from xbox.com, but you are limited in the number you can release at any given 30 day period.



The WindowsPhone store should allow you at least 5 separate logins. XBOX Music has a higher number, perhaps 8...so, you running out of accesses is strange.

The 7 digit number is used to confirm your ID with you Microsoft account.

The steps are:

• Go to the start menu
• Go to Accounts

You should see the "Verify" link just above your picture.
