    What is the meaning of Blue Question Mark in Device Manager and how to fix it?


    I have been looking for a few solutions and non worked, updating windows, finding drivers online couldn't find the right one, uninstalling the drivers than rebooting, etc. but these questions marks are not disappearing. It used to be just 1 now there are 5, Any information regarding this issue and how to solve it will help. I am using an 2020 Asus TUF Gaming F15 Laptop Model - FX 566LI [Cant find this on Asus site either]. I am using Windows 11, 64-bit, Intel i5 processor with Mediatek WLAN and Bluetooth.

    Removing this blue tooth device fixed the problem.

    How do you fix blue question mark in device manager?

    i've tried uninstalling the driver and the software but nothing seems to work. Bluetooth-BT400 USB Adapter is the model

    This makes it most likely that Logitech does not supply an icon for this device (or a driver, either, apparently) so the PC is a generic icon that MS supplies, and the blue question mark tells us it's also supplying a compatible driver as well. Thanks for helping me figure this out once and (hopefully) for all!
