Windows 10: What is the minimum age for a Microsoft store developer individual?

What is the minimum age for the microsoft store developer account . I'm talking about the individual account, and I also mean the account where you can upload games and software to the store. On the website they mentioned students, not all students are 18+. Thanks in advance .

One of the possible reasons why you're getting the age limit error message is due to account discrepancies. We recommend that you check you Microsoft account profile and verify your age. Follow the steps below:

• Go to
  account.microsoft.com > Sign in using your login credentials.
• Click Your info > Select Edit your personal info.
• Check your Birthdate and edit it if there's a need to.
• Hit Save > Check if the issue still occurs.

Note: Make sure that the account used in Windows Store is your Microsoft account.

There is a selection for individual developer when you get to the first step of registeration.

 

Restore Microsoft Store application in Windows 10

After multiple attempts, I managed to get Store open by enabling Developer mode (as suggested by one of the posters here) and running the command "Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}" in Powershell. Not sure if is exactly the solution since I've tried different steps suggested by different users in different forums (including uninstalling Store separately) but hey, I am not complaining!
