Windows 10: What is the prerequisite to install KB5042131 .NET 6.0.33

Hi,I want to install KB5042131 and seems like I'm missing some prerequisite patches.I looked on this article and all it say is I need to have .NET 6.0 installedhttps://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/-net-6-0-update-august-13-2024-kb5042131-484b35a4-964f-4845-b3ad-a734fc4233bbHowever, I do downloaded 5 packages of .NET 6.0.30 but still unable to get my needed patch.Are there any other prerequisite beside having .NET 6.0 installed?

Can't install .Net Framework 3.5 on Windows 10 Pro

Note: Applies to Windows 10.

.Net Framework get install along with Window installation. I suggest you to try downloading and installing .Net Framework 3.5 manually and check if it works. To do so kindly refer the below given link and download the framework.

Method 2: I would suggest you to uninstall , reinstall and update the .Net framework 3.5.

• Press Start button and type Programs and features
  and select it.
• Select the .Net framework and uninstall.
• Restart the PC and reinstall .Net framework 3.5 from the below link and
  Update.

Note: Install all the pending updates after logging in to Microsoft account and check.
