Windows 10: what is the process "ayocaf"? I can't get rid of it.

Is this a necessary process or a virus? Can't find any information about it.

I understand your concern and will assist you to resolve this issue.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Right Click on the taskbar and select Task manager.
  
• 
  Click on more details
  
• 
  Locate KNCTR.EXE on the
  Processes tab or details tab of the Windows Task Manager and select it then click
  End Process in the lower right. Confirm terminating the process and
  KNCTR will be shut down.
  
  
  
  You should be able to enter the Control Panel and uninstall
  KNCTR at this point.
