I'm experiencing problems with VS 17.6.4 when generating my VB.NET compiled app.exe since Win11 cumulative and DotNet481 and VS 17.6.4 latest updates.My app.exe PRISMA has no external dependencies. Nothing changed except the Window updates.The NDP481-Web.exe in past successful app.exe generations 17 June 2023 is normally 1472kb but since changes to 94kb after the error message.I have already tried DISM.exe and SFC /scannow and uninstalling/installing DotNet481 and KB5027119 and KB 5027231 many times but the problem persists.I have also submitted the log files that were generated but all a
