Windows 10: what is this and why is it like this

Discus and support what is this and why is it like this in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; i tried checking it out in my kaspersky and running a virus check and nothing found. any idea why it might be like this? my other storage is 4.58 PB...     what is this and why is it like this


    i tried checking it out in my kaspersky and running a virus check and nothing found. any idea why it might be like this? my other storage is 4.58 PB and my system and reserved is 194 GB, while my C Drive is only 120 GB. turns out pb is like petabyte and hold like 1000 TB which my laptop obviously doesnt have. it wasnt like this a week ago and i havent done any significant changes to my windows 10.
