Windows 10: What is this JxBrowser/Chromium stuff?

What is JxBrowser/Chromium? I've got it on my new Windows 11 Surface, and I don't think I installed it. I can't uninstall it. It's located in C:\users\myusername\AppData\Local\JxBrowser. If I don't need it, how can I get rid of it?

followed the steps you have posted here and was doin' great until the very last step. opened my C: drive but no Chromium folder listed. any other suggestions? really want Chromium off my system as it's a pain in the butt!!!!
