So I was doing something for an app and it asked me to pick a folder I want the app to be in, I saw 2 devices. when I searched up the name remotes came up that look like the remotes from the consoles I use for my TVs, I removed both devices with the remove device option and deleted them both. What was it?

    :)

Thanks for this suggestion; it's made me realise that I think it might be a problem with my tv after all, because now it won't come up anymore in the list of devices. I better check out some help for this tv; maybe something got turned off by mistake.

Thanks :What is this random thing/device I never seen it before? I have 2 devices for my TV that... :)

Movies and TV app device removal after no longer owning device

I recently sold a Surface Pro 3 and looked at my account and seen it was still associated with my Movies and TV app. I removed the device from my device list before I sold it, but, after I sold it, i saw that the Movies and TV app needs to be removed
on device. I no longer have access to this device. How do I remove it now? This is a draconian way of copy protection. The 5 device limit could be a problem for me. Any answers?
