If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

setting default view for Winodws Explorer Search Reasults

Thank you for the detailed response. To change the search result's view from content to list, we suggest following the steps below:

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.

After performing the steps above, reply back to us so we can provide additional help.

 

Driving mode and walking mode views

I would prefer that navigation in driving mode (simulating the view from car dashboard) has the same view as walking mode (vertical view of map). In driving mode you cannot see much of the route ahead so that you can judge for yourself whether you want
to follow the suggested route or not. I prefer the walking mode view, but if you drive the maps stops working if you drive any faster that walking speed.



Is there a way to change the driving mode view?
