Windows 10: What is this?

Ok, everytime after I update Windows 10, after login, the screen goes black with the cursor for 10 minutes. I tried fixing it by re-booting explorer.exe but it didn't work it never did so I went on the internet to check for fixes, nothing worked. But, there was one that worked. Basically, it was ending the msapp.exe process in task manager. Everytime I did it, it worked. But then, after a couple of times doing it, every Microsoft app installed Camera, Microsoft Store, Photos, etc Would not work anymore, they won't open. I tried fixing it using the check for corrupted files in CMD but that
