    So i have some users on my pc. The one is my grandma, and me. I am currently using lockd.my computer name. Why is there a duplicate without the computer name? Also, I changed the name for my grandma's account, because when she ordered the acer computer, her name was Acer. I changed it, even that is not changing. There is also a user called "DefaultAppPool", and my old profile which I dont use, but I need admin rights to open it is lockd. What should I do?
