  1. What is throttling Chrome, Opera, and Edge? Firefox is working fine

Microsoft Windows 11 HomeVersion 10.0.22631 Build 22631System Model XPS 8930System Type x64-based PCSMBIOS Version 3.1Since the end of September, Chrome, Opera, and Edge will not load tabs except for YouTube. Firefox is working fine. Occasionally, Teams will also give me an error that says "No Internet" even though I most certainly have internet.I do not have any third-party anti-virus software. I've cleared all caches. I uninstalled all third-party efficiency apps I could find like the "Killer" suite of apps. I've rebooted my routers. My Dell laptop with Windows 11 purchased Feb 2023 work

  2. Firefox "blocked by administrator; Edge, Chrome, Opera, IE not blocked

I run W10 (upgrade from 8.0) on a Lenovo G700 laptop. This morning, I reinstalled Firefox, but I get a "blocked by administrator" message. Chrome, Opera, Edge and IE all work normally. I can bring Firefox up with "Run as Administrator," but that won't
work when I click on a link in an email. How do I fix this? (I have a vague memory that I dealt with it before, but I can't remember any of the steps.)

  4. What is throttling Chrome, Opera, and Edge? Firefox is working fine

New Windows 10 install - Chrome cannot connect to Internet however Edge and Firefox work fine

I am trying to use chrome on a new windows 10 install. It sometimes works on 1 wesbite and then I get "site can't be reached" error. It seems to be stuck on "trying to establish a secure connection".

I have also installed Opera and Firefox.

Edge and Firefox work just fine, while Chrome and Opera both fail.

I have tried to reset chrome to default settings multiple times. After reset, it seems to work slowly with 1 or maybe 2 websites, then fails with the same issue "Site can't be reached".

How can I fix this issue?
