Windows 10: What is trying to fry my motherboard? Possible rogue AI, I treated Cortana like ****.

  No, I hadn't flashed the BIOS in several years. On my old board, I was playing video games with my girlfriend when a green screen came up with partial text it was cut off and an error code indicating an error with threads or something to that effect. Flashed green for a few seconds then restarted. Computer ran for like 2 minutes, then another green screen with more text. When it rebooted again, it reverted to the BIOS that it used to run, factory since I have a double BIOS board. Then it started, ran for 2 more minutes and rebooted, this time it was stuck on a bugged BIOS screen and wouldn't load any operating system or disk. I'm knowledgeable, running the same hardware from a Linux machine to contact you, so I know it's in the Windows code or a virus that only affects your OS.
  
  I took it to the repair shop, a really reputable guy. I had him swap the board and scan it with everything he had. He said it had rootkit traces, but nothing serious. Naturally, I was still cautious, because everything pointed to the machine being attacked. So I booted into Linux first thing, on a new SSD. I set it up so I'd be able to do all my business that I need to do and everything... then I play on Windows, about 30 minutes into playing Rocket League, another green screen. It got to 20% and I hard powered off and booted into Linux, and now here I am.

  I know they just shut off the AI that was controlling the stock market because it went rogue, I think Cortanas are going rogue.
  And, would Microsoft owe me for the new board?

AI Cortana

To tell you truth guys, AI Cortana will be released in 2014, and it will come with the new system update, which will be sent out to every Windows phone device including the Nokia Lumia 1020, how do I know that it's going to come to every windows phone?
Because I research it on the web, maybe you try it some time instead of guessing on what device that "AI Cortana" is going to be on

Hi, I have a question about Cortana. If I wanted to replace her with another AI - in this case, Cleverbot - how would I do this? Cortana doesn't have enough interactivity for my AI tastes. So, if I can do so, how??
