Windows 10: what is using up my space?

Today, I realized that there had been something unknown using up over 20gb of space in my c: drive. As shown in the pictures provided, The properties of my c: drive shows that 105gb is being utilized. However, Upon inspecting all the files in the drive, it seems only 77/79 gb should be utilized. So what is using up the extra 20+gb of space?? <images cant be uploaded due it some unknown error so i would appreciate if i was proved an alternative to send you the needed pictures>
