Windows 10: What is Windows 10 Activation Error 0xc0ea000a and how do I get rid of it?

Hello, recently my PC crashed, and for some reason I haven't been able to log onto Roblox or Minecraft, stating Error 0xc0ea000a. I looked up ways to fix it, and it showed me that I hadn't activated windows when it was working fine a day earlier. if I can get some help on this it would e great
