Windows 10: What is wrong with my computer or windows?

    What is wrong with my computer or windows?


    I cant open most things on my computer like settings, task manager, Microsoft edge and generally most apps that others recommend to fix this problem. Also the font is weird like pixelated. I can play games but cant do most other things. I've also run many programs to help diagnose any hardware problems. Nothing happened. When i tried updating windows it said "not compatible CPU" idk what it means cause i checked with your website and it is compatible. Got the latest drivers. Also when i downloaded the new NVidia gpu driver, every time i start my pc it says it doesn't recognisethem.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
