Windows 10: What is wrong with my Windows 10? The time zone is plain wrong...

So as title says, here we have UTC+1 when CLEARLY that is plain wrong and the correct answer is UTC + 2.

Because of this I'm doomed to have the wrong time. Why is windows being stupid? Has anyone got an idea as to what is causing this or how to fix it (preferably without having to reboot windows...)?

Time zone always wrong

So I need some help with my clock and time zone settings. I have multiple windows 10 computers in my house, and they all have the incorrect time zones. For some reason, they think we are in Beijing, China, even though we are in the eastern United States.
my first assumption was that my internet was somehow giving the computers wrong information, but even after connecting my computers to different WIFI networks that didn't have this problem, they still have the wrong time and time zone. Even my brand new computer,
as soon as I finished setting it up, displayed the wrong time and time zone. I have tried everything I can find on the internet about resetting my clock and changing the refresh setting and what website it uses to calibrate the clock, but nothing has worked.
I would simply turn off automatic time settings, and set them all manually, but whatever is affecting my computer also seems to be affecting the websites I visit. For example, I am taking an online class, but all the times showing when stuff was posted or
when I can submit stuff is also wrong. It thinks I'm in China as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have no idea what else to try.

 

Windows 10 time zone always wrong.

My pc time is always wrong and i cant change my time zone.

I have turned set time zone automatically off and tried several ways to fix it but it still doesn't work.

Can i get some help?

 

Time zone is correct, but Time is wrong

The automatic time zone in Vilnius, Lithuania is UTC +3 hrs. This is accurate during daylight savings time. However, the time displayed on the clock is wrong. Interestingly, Windows is not the only source that gets this wrong.

The website Time Difference lists the time as 4:00 while the website

Time and Date shows 11:00. Windows is displaying the same time as the Time Difference website, and so is presumably getting their info from the same source. I took a screen shot to show the two sites side by side, and the Windows clock as well.

Microsoft, you may want to look into where the time and date info is coming from.
