Windows 10: What is wrong with the Microsoft Support site? "You don't have permission to access...

I tried reaching https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus# to fix an issue relating to my wifi, but only got "You don't have permission to access "http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus" on this server.Reference #18.15017c68.1688618402.57a1cb8" as a response. I tried this on every possible computer, and got my friend to run it, and the results are the same. Is something wrong on Microsoft's side? How else can I reach Microsoft support like this? It seems like a connectivity issue, but I don't know how to fix it. Also, while it seems like I can sign into Microsoft just fine, whe

File permissions to delete file

You can try the steps below

1. Right click the file to that you don’t have permission to access. Vlick Properties.
2. Go to Security tab and select Edit.
3. Select Add button
4. Type Everyone then select Check Names. Click OK to save changes.
5. you will be back in the previous window, under Group or users names, choose Everyone then check mark Full control.

Step 1: As you have mentioned, that you are unable to access few particular folders, I would suggest you to go ahead and give permissions to that particular folder which is giving you access denied error. Maybe you are getting
access denied error due to permission settings. Once when the file or a folder has a permission, you will be able to access it within the Network.
