Windows 10: What is wrong with your customer support?

I called for customer support because I have an issue where I need to actually talk with a person. I waited over an hour for a call back, which was fine as the estimate was 90 minutes. So, no worries there. Someone took down my info, opened a ticket, and put me on hold for a technician to pick up. This was an hour ago and so far no technician. So, I'm sitting here listening to the hold music and announcementsad nauseam all the while the recorded voice says "we'll be with you shortly."

This is really unacceptable. I do realize you have a monopoly and so don't really care, but even then you should respect your customers just a bit more.

You really could learn a few things from Apple customer support.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
