Windows 10: what is wwviperStateIS ?

I have a Windows 11 laptop. Yesterday I noticed something called "wwviperStateIS installed" as one of my system restore point names. I could not find this on my system as an app. I could not find anything related to this on Google. Zero search results. I restored my system from a restore point just prior to this, but after my system was restored a new restore point was immediately created again "wwviperStateIS installed". I did a full virus, malware and spyware scan nothing found. I checked my apps directory and see several apps with my restore point date and time, but the ONEDRIVE directory w
