Windows 10: What must / can do with this error code? 0x800f0805 windows 10 update

I make always the windows 10 updates and last year at Dec. i get the first time this code. Now i can't make updates!

I performed a clean boot according to the steps. On this boot I tried,

• Updating through Windows Update (threw error 0x800f0805)
• Updating through Windows 10 Update Assistant as the link suggested (threw error 0x8007001f).
