Windows 10: What on earth happened to my pc and how do i fix it?

Ok guys im really begging for help.So i have a pretty decent pc, being able run hundreds of fps. I have a AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT. I was playing minecraft with shaders texture change to make the game look more realistic, when my screen suddenly went black, it wasnt just the game or the screen, i double checked. I was about to force shutdown by holding power button of pc, but then i pressed windows+L, i got in the lock screen; thinking it was just a glitch and now it would work again i logged in the pc again, just to see black screen still. pressed windows+L again, and shut down my pc while in

In order to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps, please reply with the following details:

• When you say, “I found the Chrome version too limiting, so I downloaded a copy” Did you download a copy of Google Chrome or download Google Earth?
  
• What happens when you try to move the Earth?
  
• Do you get any error message/code?
  

However, I suggest you to refer the section Stop Earth from spinning
from the article
Fix Google Earth errors provided by Google and instead of unchecking put a check mark for the option Enable Controller.

Unable to launch Google Earth on PC

It seems that the screen you are on is the Google Earth repair tool. However, in order to get better clarity on the issue that you are facing, please let us know:

1. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently?
   
2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to which you weren’t facing this issue?
   
3. What is the exact error message that you receive when you try to launch Google Earth?

Based on my research, this issue can occur if any file related to Google Earth is corrupted. I would suggest you to refer the article

Fix Google Earth errors and see if that helps.



In addition, you may want to try updating
Update Google Earth Pro and see if that helps.
