Windows 10: What other options to get around the 0x800706be error in Update to Windows 10?

Just for perspective I have been working on this problem for 4 days continuously.[1]I received an alert that my system needed to update around 8/9/2022. I went to System/Windows Update and ran the checker.It returned the following error message:"Your device is missing important security and quality fixes.""There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x800706be"I have my settings to "Install as soon as possible"[2]I tried to bring up my Update History and the Windo

windows 10 will not accept my updates, error 0x800706be

I am having bad issues on 3 updates none will go in they keep saying error 0x800706be on all three updates one update says Cumulative update for windows 10 verison 1511 for x64-based system (KB3172985) the error code was 0x800706be second update was update
for windows 10 verison 1511 for x64 based system (KB317328) -ERROR 0x800706be third one is Security update for Adobe flash player for windows 10 version 1511 for x64-based system (KB3174060) ERROR- 0x800706be and I did what most had posted to do and didn't
work and I ran windows Malicious software removel tool after I ran trouble shooting so I don't know whats going on please Microsoft tech or someone that knows what they are doing get back to me please
