Windows 10: what proactively possible to do when our recipients start scan malware on our regular Emails?

Lately, malware cases and specially with emails are getting higher, policy e.g. no thumbnail within an email, aware the sender, what else is practical to do. other than do deep scan with Microsoft defender on their PC, anything else is worth trying ?

How do I delete all previous recipient suggestions when sending email.

When I compose an email and start typing in the TO line, a huge list of previous recipients shows up.



They're not emails in my contact list.



How do I delete this list of suggestions?

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

Outlook builds the Auto-Complete List by saving the names and addresses of recipients in email messages you've previously sent. As the list grows, so does the number of suggestions that are offered as possible entries. You can trim the list by removing one
or more recipients, or you can turn off Auto-Complete List completely. To do so, you may follow instructed steps from this link:
