Windows 10: What programs will I have to reinstall to revert back to Windows 7?

When I started the recovery process to revert back to Windows 7, I saw a warning that I would need to reinstall some programs after reverting. I aborted at that point. Does anyone know what programs I would need to reinstall?

We understand your concern and I would like to say that hence it is an upgrade, therefore you need not to re-install the programs or there will be no loss of any data. However, the best safe method would be to always to keep backups of your data. Unexpected
PC crashes could damage or even delete your files, so you should back up everything. Therefore, we encourage our customers to keep the backup of the data. Some devices might face compatibility issues for which either you may wait for the manufacturer to release
the drivers or you may be able to run those devices in compatibility mode.

With regards to Clean Install, I would like to inform you that free upgrade requires that you are running a previous qualifying version and it starts the upgrade from within the qualifying version. However, you may create a recover media after the upgrade
and can also do a clean installation after upgrading to Windows 10.

Also if I wanted to do a clean install of windows 10 pro how would I do that from 8.1 pro to 10 pro??

Basically, anything you changed or installed after upgrading will be removed. When you go back, it goes back to the same state your Windows 7 was at before upgrading to Windows 10.
